Via a series of one-to one interviews with executive and senior staff, small employee focus groups, and short quantitative surveys, Dr. Levy provides objective analysis of your corporate culture, identifies critical areas for improvement and offers strategic guidance to achieve a congruence of mission and values with the corporate culture. In some cases, peer benchmarking is done to understand industry context and best practices.
When leadership believes there is a need to significantly modify or enhance the culture, Dr. Levy surveys staff at all levels and develops a strategic plan, in conjunction with executive staff. The plan, once approved, is utilized to develop specific activities that will improve and sustain increased morale and productivity.
