In leading PHL HP Consulting Group, Inc., Dr. Philip Levy, draws on 40 years of experience in developing and sustaining high-performing teams within a financially successful organization. He served as President and CEO of one of America’s leading institutions in the health and human services sector for nearly four decades. Beginning in the 1970s, Dr. Philip Levy’s organization provided impetus for disabled individuals to integrate into mainstream society and obtain jobs that contributed to their sense of dignity.

Dr. Levy developed a brand of systems and techniques to enhance corporate productivity and efficiency. His approach of "participatory management" results in structural cohesiveness and improved focus on company goals and mission. Dr. Philip Levy completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at New York University, which contributes to his view of systems, group dynamics, and the manner in which organizations optimally function. He has authored noted works in his field and has presented at numerous conferences around the world.

Dr. Philip Levy’s success in achieving a balanced, harmonious, and productive corporate culture over the years is reflected in his numerous awards and recognitions. In recent years, the organization he led received the 2007 American Psychological Association Best Company to Work for Award and the 2008 Crain’s Best Places to Work in New York City Award. Dr. Levy received the 2007 Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award (VIEW Press & Testimonials).  He also serves as Chief Inspirational Officer & Strategic Consultant at FSO, a most rapidly growing outsourcing company in the US, as well as an Executive Coach & Leadership Development Specialist to Senior Executives at various privately held companies.  Additionally, Dr. Levy is Managing Director of C2C, where he facilitates meetings among a diverse network of CEOs and senior executives, and the Senior Advisor of Mind over Mist, an online psychotherapy service.
